Position Summary
The Campaign and Audience Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing audience segments and campaigns. This includes email campaign production and deployment across campaign CMT's from brief reception to monitoring and reporting, includes also planning and segmentation, the production and/or integration of HTML based emails, testing for functional and display quality, troubleshooting and correcting issues using HTML coding, target the correct segments, managing the client approval process and scheduling the campaign sending.
A day in the life of...
Implement database segmentation on email marketing tools
Build and maintain automated campaigns to ensure timely and relevant messaging to our users
Analyze campaign performance data and use insights to inform future strategies and optimizations
Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analysing KPIs
Design and execute A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability
Create and edit HTML based on templates, including revising and making changes/corrections when necessary
Keep up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in audience segmentation and campaign optimization
Liaise with CRM Services key Business Stakeholders, to integrate Guidelines and align Service Lines. Liaise with CRM Services Lead Specialist for Continuous improvement
Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders
What will make you successful
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in audience segmentation and campaign management, preferably within the tech industry
Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (e.g., MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Klavyio), with a strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive campaign optimization
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
