ManpowerGroup Plating Tech in Lincoln, New Hampshire
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plating Tech to join their team. As a Plating Tech, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the metal finishing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Plating Tech
Location: Lincoln, NH
Pay Range: $20/hr
Shift: First Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm (MON-FRI)
What's the Job?
Operate assigned equipment used in executing metal finishing operations
Load and unload tote pans of parts, and handle parts using baskets, racks, or barrels
Follow prescribed procedures for processing, including cleaning, etching, bright dips, dyes, and heat treatments
Maintain cleanliness of tanks and work areas, monitor solution temperatures, and record production data
Inspect processed parts to ensure quality standards are met and troubleshoot simple to moderate issues as needed
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and effectively communicate with team members
Basic understanding of chemistry as it applies to metal finishing processes
Physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods
Willingness to wear safety shoes and long sleeves in a manufacturing environment
