ManpowerGroup Maintenance Tech in Lincoln, New Hampshire
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Tech
Location: Lincoln, NH
Shift: 6 pm - 6 am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
What's the Job?
Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to identify issues.
Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.
Inspect parts for imperfections and measure used parts to ensure they meet dimensional requirements.
Adjust, lubricate, and clean functional parts of machinery and equipment.
Utilize welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery throughout the facility.
What's Needed?
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to push up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
Solid understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.
Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting abilities.
Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.
