ManpowerGroup Maintenance Tech in Lincoln, New Hampshire

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Tech to join their team. As a Maintenance Tech, you will be an integral part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and safety. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Tech

Location: Lincoln, NH

Shift: 6 pm - 6 am (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)

What's the Job?

  • Observe mechanical devices in operation and listen to their sounds to identify issues.

  • Dismantle devices to access and replace defective parts.

  • Inspect parts for imperfections and measure used parts to ensure they meet dimensional requirements.

  • Adjust, lubricate, and clean functional parts of machinery and equipment.

  • Utilize welding equipment, machine tools, and hand tools to repair machinery throughout the facility.

What's Needed?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to push up to 75 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.

  • Solid understanding of electrical systems and plumbing.

  • Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting abilities.

  • Experience with PVC, CPVC, and black steel pipe is preferred.
