Job Title: Structures Mechanic Job Description
Perform various structures and sheet metal work, including modifications and repairs, on a range of corporate airframes using proper hand tools in a timely, clean, safe, and professional manner without rework. Accurately order general aircraft parts as needed. Prepare documents for record-keeping purposes as required by company policy and FAA regulations. Demonstrate proficiency in the work order system by completing accurate and timely discrepancies and corrective action statements, Service Bulletins, and Airworthiness Directives Compliance statements, as well as final inspections and closing of squawks and work orders. Primarily working on Business Jets such as Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, and Dassault Falcon.
Responsibilities
Perform structures and sheet metal work on corporate airframes.
Use proper hand tools in a professional manner without rework.
Order general aircraft parts accurately as needed.
Prepare documents for record-keeping as required by company policy and FAA regulations.
Complete discrepancies and corrective action statements accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives.
Conduct final inspections and close squawks and work orders.
Essential Skills
1-2 years of structures experience.
Experience with Business Jets, specifically Bombardier, Falcons, Gulfstream, and Dassault Falcon.
Proficiency in work order systems and FAA regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Corporate or Business jet experience is highly desirable.
A&P license is a plus.
Military candidates with 3+ years of experience are considered.

Work Environment
Work inside a temperature-controlled hangar with heated floors during winter. The workspace is clean and well-maintained. Shifts include 1st shift from 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday; 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 12:00 am, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday; and a weekend shift from Friday-Sunday with 12-hour shifts, including a 10% shift differential. Competitive hourly pay based on experience, with per diem for qualifying candidates.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $45.00/hr.
