We farm 3,500 acres of corn, wheat, soybeans and alfalfa hay. Employee will assist with alfalfa hay production which includes swathing, raking, baling, loading, hauling, and stacking alfalfa hay. Employee will operate farm equipment and farm trucks for crop production and hauling. Employee must be truthful in communication, have good time management skills, work well with others, and know how to respond to problem solving and trouble shooting. Employee will assist with all aspects of growing these crops, and complete general farm duties as assigned. Employee will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
Housing is provided. Reimbursement for transportation and subsistence is also offered. Transportation will be provided at no cost to workers, from employer-provided housing and, if applicable, centralized pick-up points to the places of employment at the beginning of each workday and back at the end of each work day.
