Job Title: Quality Administrative Assistant
Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Quality Administrative Assistant where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of parts in our production process. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help maintain the high standards of our production quality. Candidate must be able to work 4:00 P.M. - 1:00 A.M.
Responsibilities
Answer radio calls from production departments and manage call assignments to team associates.
Record the time of associate response and resolution of problems at the site.
Reject parts using company systems and interact with Production Rejection Controllers to capture suspect parts.
Support Line Call activities on both production lines and assist in implementing business plan themes.
Essential Skills
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Excel.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent listening abilities.
Capability to use computer-based systems with training.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Clear verbal communication skills via communication devices.
Experience in maintaining Excel spreadsheets.
Work Environment
The work environment is within the Quality department, requiring the use of communication devices and computer-based systems. Team members are expected to maintain professionalism and contribute to a collaborative atmosphere.

This is a Contract position based out of Lincoln, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
