Responsibility Statements
Trains and provides guidance to Level 1 and 2 associates.
Monitors equipment to troubleshoot malfunctions and resolve problems.
Responsible for reviewing quality department requirements.
Completes required documentation to keep a record of equipment maintenance.
Responds to equipment outages within a designated timeframe.
Maintains and repairs equipment.
Performs recommended preventative maintenance.
Replaces and upgrades equipment and software.
Tests equipment after replacements and upgrades to ensure they meet technical standards.
May need to operate a company vehicle in order to service remote devices.
Occasionally performs all tasks from levels 1 and 2.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
