Superior Forge and Steel Trepan Operator in Lima, Ohio
The Trepan Operator is a member of our Machine Department responsible for boring rolls to remove centerline indications and/or as part of specified heat treatment. Competitive wages starting at $22.20/hr with the opportunity for higher compensation based on experience and skills. Additional Paid Relief Days, [$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS]{.underline} (Paid in increments throughout the first year of continued employment), and this position is eligible for the Production Incentive Program.
*Duties/Responsibilities:* **

·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Housekeeping in department work areas and company living areas.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Preventative maintenance on 60 and 80 inch trepan lathes.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Maintaining all equipment needed for boring operation.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Timely reporting of equipment problems and issues.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Reporting all deviations from production specifications.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Reviewing and verifying work assignments.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Verification of sonic inspection and bore size.
·[ ]{times="" new="" roman",="" times,="" serif"=""}Setting up and operating trepan lathes.
