WOCAP Teacher / Family Service Worker (FSW) in Lima, Ohio
WOCAP, a non-profit organization dedicated to opening paths to self-sufficiency and empowerment for individuals and families, is seeking Teachers for the 2025--2026 school year. This role focuses on supporting children's development through high-quality early childhood education and a structured curriculum.
Responsibilities
- Educate and support children using a developmentally appropriate curriculum
- Promote school readiness by fostering social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development
Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment that encourages growth and learning
Qualifications
- AA Degree in Early Childhood Education or valid CDA with enrollment in a qualifying associate or higher degree program (to be completed within three years)
- Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a privately owned vehicle
- Ability to use email, internet, and program-specific software for required reporting
Maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse & Neglect, and Communicable Disease

Paid Education
