WOCAP Substitute Teacher in Lima, Ohio
WOCAP is seeking dependable Substitute Teachers to provide classroom support on an on-call basis. This role helps ensure continuity of care and learning for children when regular staff are unavailable.
Responsibilities
- Provide classroom coverage and assist with daily activities as needed
- Support a safe, structured, and positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and staff
Maintain dependable attendance and flexibility for on-call scheduling
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CDA and First Aid, CPR, Child Abuse & Neglect, and Communicable Disease training are a plus
- Valid Ohio driver's license, current vehicle insurance, and access to a privately owned vehicle
- Must pass background check and drug screening
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Schedule On-call positions
Compensation Pay rate depends on credentials and will be discussed during the initial phone screening.
