Cappie Sportswear & Promotional Products Screen Print Operator in Lima, Ohio
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Screen Printer to join our team. If you enjoy hands-on work, like staying busy, and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit in well here. This is a great opportunity to learn the screen printing process and be part of a team that produces high-quality work.
Responsibilities: • Operate an automatic screen printing press to print designs on garments and various materials • Prep and reclaim screens • Inspect samples/products before, during, and after production to ensure quality • Perform upkeep and preventative maintenance on the screen printer • Keep your workspace clean and organized
What We're Looking For: • Strong attention to detail • Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment • Reliable with a solid work ethic • Willingness to learn (experience is a plus, but not required)
Physical Requirements: • This is an active position that involves standing and moving • Must be comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
