Position Overview:
Brennco Inc. is seeking a dependable and skilled Mill Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance and daily operations within our feed mill. This role involves hands-on mechanical work, troubleshooting, and assisting with routine mill functions. The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in an agricultural setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform welding and basic fabrication work
• Troubleshoot and maintain mill systems and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance, including greasing and servicing machinery
• Apply basic electrical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues
• Assist with daily mill operations such as mixing feed and operating the mill computer system
Additional (Optional) Responsibilities:
• Deliver feed to designated locations
• Pick up feed ingredients and supplies
Qualifications:
• Experience in mechanical maintenance, welding, or related fields preferred
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues independently
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
