BrennCo Load out Crew in Lima, Ohio
A family owned and operated swine operation located in Allen County Ohio. Brothers, Stan and Kim, started out with a small operation, buying feeder hogs from local growers and selling these to market. In 1994, they decided to incorporate and start expanding the operation. Today, Brennco, Inc., has increased in size to include 25 contracts wean to finish growers and 50 employees.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Load out hogs from one barn to another
• Ensure that hogs move swiftly and efficiently
• Ensure that hogs remain healthy before, during, and after moving
• Minimize hogs fear level to maintain order
• Ensure constant vigilance while watching hogs
• Requires a strong work ethic
We need 2 positions filled.
Second shift, but great for students with morning classes.
We will train and pay $45.00/load bonus (on top of base-pay).
