Cutting Edge Lawn Solutions Lawn Treatment/Fertilizer Applicator in Lima, Ohio
Cutting Edge Lawns Solutions is seeking an experienced Lawn Treatment/Fertilizer Applicator to join their team. This position is responsible for applying fertilizer and lawn treatments using ride-on equipment and spray systems to maintain healthy, attractive lawns for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate has prior lawn care or turf management experience and is comfortable operating application equipment in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, and lawn treatment products to customer properties
- Operate ride-on and spray application equipment safely and efficiently
- Identify lawn conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
- Follow proper chemical handling, mixing, and safety procedures
- Maintain accurate service records and application logs
- Provide professional and courteous customer service when interacting with clients
- Assist with equipment maintenance and general lawn care tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in lawn treatment, turf care, or fertilizer application preferred
- Ability to safely operate ride-on lawn treatment equipment and spray systems
- Knowledge of lawn care products and application techniques preferred
- Valid driver's license required
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Pay and Benefits:
- Full-time hours (40+ hours per week)
- Uniforms provided
- Bonus opportunities available
- $20 - $26 per hour, commensurate with experience
