Job Description:
Turf Tenders Landscaping is seeking motivated and reliable Landscapers to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-conscious, enjoy working outdoors, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Team members will perform a variety of lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality results for residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance duties including mowing, trimming, pruning, and general upkeep
- Apply fertilizer, weed control, aeration treatments, and assist with seasonal clean-ups (spring and fall)
- Complete landscape enhancements such as mulch installation, planting, topsoil application, and lawn seeding
- Assist with general property maintenance and upkeep
- Support equipment maintenance and minor repairs under supervision
- Apply lawn care chemicals under the direction of a licensed applicator, following all safety guidelines
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily operations

Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of landscaping or related experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Valid driver's license required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds to waist level
Ability to perform physical labor including standing, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Compensation
$12.00 -- $15.00 per hour, based on experience
