Job Title: Landscape Laborers/Foremen
Pay Rate: $18 - $25 per hour (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, 40+ hours per week (some weekends required)

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Landscape Laborers/Foremen to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating beautiful outdoor living spaces and maintaining landscapes for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have experience with hardscaping, including paver patios and outdoor kitchens, as well as routine landscape maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Hardscaping: Build and install paver patios, walkways, fire pits, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and other landscape structures. Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and are completed on time.
- Outdoor Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including mulching, pruning, edging, and maintaining flower beds and lawns to ensure landscapes remain healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate various landscape tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, saws, and other machinery used in construction and maintenance.
- Customer Service: Interact with clients in a professional manner to ensure satisfaction with projects and services provided.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining a positive and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or related fields.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship in all aspects of work.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, including mulching, pruning, and lawn care.
- Experience with landscape construction projects such as patios, outdoor kitchens, and walls.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week with occasional weekend work.
