Perry proTECH Field Service Engineer in Lima, Ohio
Become an Employee-Owner at PERRY proTECH! A Field Service Engineer plays a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our clients, enhancing their operational efficiency and satisfaction through expert troubleshooting and service. About The Role:
- Provide client support and troubleshooting on all Imaging equipment in assigned geographic territory
- Install Imaging equipment in the field and provide training to clients
- Assist other technicians with complex service calls as needed
- Assist Service Leadership on special projects
Provide after-hours service on emergency calls when needed to maintain quality, reliability, and uptime for clients
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum of a High School diploma or GED required.
- 2 years of experience troubleshooting equipment or equivalent experience
- Mechanical aptitude
- Electronic/electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong technical and analytical abilities
