Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist (Tiered Training Program)
Our growing company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a unique tiered training program. This role offers a clear path for professional growth, starting in Customer Service and progressing to Sales Support Specialist, with corresponding increases in responsibility and compensation upon successful completion of each training phase.
Phase 1: Customer Service Representative
You'll begin your journey as a Customer Service Representative, mastering the fundamentals of client and consumer interaction and product knowledge.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Front-Line Support: Responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone and email.
- E-commerce Engagement: Providing online customer service support across our e-commerce platforms.
- Order Communication: Facilitating clear and consistent communication regarding customer and client orders.
- Internal Collaboration: Providing essential internal assistance to our Sales Support Specialists.
- Process Adherence: Diligently following established "HOW TO" guides and essential task lists to ensure consistent service.
Product Expertise: Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings.
Phase 2: Sales Support Specialist
Upon successful completion of your Customer Service training and demonstration of proficiency, you'll advance to the Sales Support Specialist role, becoming an integral part of our sales ecosystem.
In this crucial position, you will:
Resource Coordination: Coordinate vital resources for clients, including service delivery schedules, sales materials, and product samples.
Data Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date management of client data.
