JOB SUMMARY
Include leading the construction process efforts for assigned project(s) to ensure the success is aligned with the budget, schedule, and is constructible.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Requires the knowledge of electrical construction and theory at a level normally acquired through the completion of a five -year electrical apprentice program or a combination of education and experience within the electrical construction industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Five years' experience in a project management position in industry
- Electrical apprenticeship, journeyman, wireman, project foremen/ general foreman, mentorship
- Estimator/Project supervisor or other electrical trade experience
- Leadership experience in a field environment
- Experience in the construction industry
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Strong management skills
- Excellent human relations skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Demonstrated financial analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Good interpersonal skills are essential
- Required strong project management skills, analytical and negotiation skills
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
