Tessera is seeking a motivated and hard working Operations Supervisor with a positive/helpful attitude. Typical duties include but are not limited to: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders, including both domestic and international shipments. Prepare packing slips, shipping labels, and required international documentation in compliance with regulations. Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders, and promptly report discrepancies. Coordinate and support light product assembly, kitting, and packaging operations. Train, supervise, and support warehouse and assembly staff; assign and prioritize daily tasks. Maintain accurate inventory levels through routine cycle counts and inventory tracking systems. Order and manage parts, materials, components, and warehouse supplies to ensure uninterrupted operations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment aligned with company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve shipping, inventory, and order fulfillment issues in a timely manner. Monitor warehouse equipment, tools, and work areas to ensure proper operation and readiness. Ensure compliance with safety standards and promote a culture of workplace safety. 2 - 5+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or fulfillment operations. Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred. Familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and documentation Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required. High level of order accuracy and commitment to quality control. Experience with inventory tracking systems and basic warehouse technology. Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, problem-solving approach. Effective time management and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. All other duties as Assigned.
