Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Position Overview
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support operations within a highly automated production and distribution environment. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving electromechanical systems that include conveyors, robotics, and automated material handling equipment. The ideal candidate brings strong hands‑on troubleshooting skills and thrives in fast‑paced, technology‑driven settings.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair automated equipment, including conveyor systems, robotics, and material handling technology
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control‑related issues across automated systems
Perform maintenance on PLC‑controlled equipment (experience with Allen‑Bradley systems preferred)
Maintain components such as sensors, motors, VFDs, relays, photo‑eyes, limit switches, and control circuits
Execute preventative and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime and improve reliability
Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and system uptime
Work closely with engineering, operations, and safety teams to maintain stable and efficient operations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, automation, mechatronics, or robotics environments
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and automated systems
Hands‑on experience supporting automated or high‑speed production environments
Comfortable using diagnostic tools, meters, and technical documentation
Ability to work safely and effectively on night shifts

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.28 - $38.28/hr.
