Job Title: Senior Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Senior Maintenance Technician, you will lead other service technicians, design solutions for complex problems, manage external contractors, and be available for emergency calls. You will handle multiple projects and daily activities, ensuring timelines are met according to company standards. You will also develop plans to achieve departmental and distribution goals.
Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
Train employees as needed and provide mentorship to technicians.
Offer feedback on tasks in the Preventive Maintenance programs.
Complete assigned preventive maintenance tasks and suggest improvements.
Install and repair photo eyes, motor starters, relays, limit switches, proximity sensors, timers, solenoids, Servo drives, frequency inverters, linear drives, tachometers, and encoders.
Collaborate with teams to complete additional projects as assigned.
Complete all safety training as required by the company.
Essential Skills
Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of conveyor systems.
Proficient in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic system repairs.
Ability to manage and lead teams effectively.
Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and schematic repairs.
Experience with automated conveyor systems and PLC troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work comfortably under conveyor systems and lift weights above 50 lbs.
Comfortable working at heights and climbing stairs.
Capability to train others and develop leadership skills.

Work Environment
The assignment is through July 2026 with availability required for both Front Half (Sun-Wed) and Back Half (Wed-Sat) night shifts. All candidates must be open to any 12-hour shift.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.28 - $38.28/hr.
