ManpowerGroup Material Handler / Forklift Operator in Liberty, Missouri
Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Material Handler / Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Material Handler / Forklift Operator
Location: Liberty, MO
Pay Range: $21.44 - $22.44
Shift: Truck :
B Shift : Tuesday – Friday + occ. OT 6pm – approximately 4:30am $21.44
C Shift: Friday/Saturday 6am– approximately 4:30pm AND $22.44
Sunday/Monday 6pm – approximately 4:30am
What's the Job?
Picking orders using RF scan guns to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Packing orders in totes and labeling them for shipment
Operating stand-up forklifts, tugger, or sit-down forklifts to pull, load, and unload trucks
Performing general warehouse duties such as sorting, trash removal, and facility maintenance
Supporting kitting, production assembly, and other value-added services as needed
What's Needed?
Experience operating stand-up forklifts, tugger, or sit-down forklifts
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a busy, noisy warehouse environment
High school diploma or GED required; previous warehousing or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
