Entry-Level Custodian / Janitor - Full-Time (3rd Shift)

Schedule:Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM

Responsibilities
Perform dailyjanitorialandcustodialcleaning tasks
Clean restrooms, breakrooms, offices, floors, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash
Operate commercial cleaning equipment
Follow safety procedures and cleaning checklists
Maintain cleanliness standards in all assigned areas
Report maintenance or supply needs
Provide professional service in all client areas

Are reliable, punctual, and consistent
Are willing to learn and accept feedback
This role is NOT for you if you:
Have attendance or reliability issues
- Struggle with accountability
- Prefer unsupervised, unstructured environments
Qualifications
Reliable transportation
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting to 25-40 lbs)
Experience as ajanitor, custodian, housekeeper, cleaner, environmental services tech, or floor techis helpful butnot required
Willingness to learn and grow
Reliability Requirements
- Must maintain consistent attendance
- Must follow a set 1st-shift schedule
- Onboarding and job training required
- Ongoing quality checks included
