Job Title: Process Technician (Injection Molding)
Job Overview
Aerotek is immediately hiring a Process Technician to support efficient, continuous operation of plastic injection molding equipment. This role focuses on fast and accurate setups, troubleshooting, minimizing downtime and scrap, and maintaining high product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Perform quick and accurate machine setups, teardowns, purging, and mold changes
Operate and adjust injection molding machines for stable production
Troubleshoot process and quality issues to reduce scrap and downtime
Ensure product quality through inspections and documentation
Complete end-of-shift handoffs and support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience in injection molding or process technician role
Strong troubleshooting and machine setup skills
Experience with mold tooling, production workflows, and documentation
High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment
Hands-on manufacturing setting with injection molding machines, tooling, and related equipment. Shift work may be required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.50/hr.
