We are Cutting Edge Landscaping and we are hiring Grounds Crew *team members for our *Landscape Management team. We keep our client properties looking sharp throughout the year. This is seasonal full-time work through Christmas, and we're looking for people who want to stay busy, work outdoors, and be part of a tight-knit crew. No experience? No problem. We'll train you --- we just need you to show up ready to work.
The Details - Benefits
- Pay: Competitive hourly rate, starting at $20.00 up to $21.00, DOE
- Top end of wage range is after training or previous experience
- Schedule: Tuesday--Friday, 7:00 AM--5:30 PM - three day weekends !
- No Experience necessary: we will train you! A little experience is helpful, but attitude and consistency are what we care about most.
What You'll Be Doing - Responsibilities
- Mowing lawns and maintaining turf areas
- Trimming, edging, and weekly cleanups
- Leaf pick-up and seasonal landscaping
- Sprinkler checks and basic irrigation support (we train you)
- Using blowers, trimmers, and hand tools
- Working outdoors, on your feet, in a team environment
Job Requirements
- Show up on time, every time
- Can work 10-hour shifts outdoors
- Follow instructions and enjoy working with a team
- Want to be proud of a hard day's work
- Are ready to work consistently through Christmas
