•Developing new and exciting menus and recipe for Thai food dishes;•Preparing and cooking delicious Thai foods and unique Thai dishes using in depth Thai cooking knowledge and skills;•Collaborating with other personnel to plan and develop recipes and menus, taking into account such factors as seasonal availability of ingredients and the likely number of customers;•Checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met;•Determining how food should be presented, and creating decorative food displays;•Determining production schedules and staff requirements necessary to ensure timely delivery of services; and•Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety.
