Khon Kaen Thai Cuisine Inc Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Lexington, Kentucky
Taste of Thai is proud to serve delicious, authentic Thai food to the Lexington community. Providing our customers with great food and good service is always our priority. In order to maintain our successful reputation, we are currently seeking talented and experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen. Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:1.Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;2.Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;3.Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and4.Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.SALARY: $36,421/yearREQUIREMENTS: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).Send resume to Khon Kaen Thai Cuisine, Inc. dba Taste of Thai 101-105 W Main St. Lexington, KY 40507
