As a Staff Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources staff located at Robinson Forest, Robinson Wood Utilization Center and Robinson Center, along with Cooperative Extension Service personnel located at Robinson Center. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, performing and assisting with clerical tasks; scheduling; preparing correspondence; administrative reporting; preparation and submission of travel reimbursement and procurement card reports, making check/cash deposits of programming fees, assisting with the procurement of materials for programming, preparing payment request documents (PRD), requesting reimbursement for internal and external grants; and assisting with the preparation of materials for educational programs, and assisting with database maintenance.Skills / Knowledge / AbilitiesMS Windows Suite (Office, Excel, Access); web-based knowledge (website management)Does this position have supervisory responsibilities?
