These areas of expertise include engineers and other transportation-related professionals and staff as well as the Center’s goals and strategic plans.As Program Manager of the Kentucky Transportation Center’s Special Projects and Initiatives program area, manages personnel and resources to conduct transportation related research. Prepares proposals and oversees data collection. Explores new research opportunities.
