This includes hours outside of traditional office hours (i.e., 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).Job SummaryThe Associate Director of Hepatitis C Services provides leadership for the Hepatitis C Telehealth Program, overseeing statewide operations that deliver high-quality, client-centered, and compliant care.This role is responsible for program oversight across screening, treatment initiation, monitoring, and sustained virologic response (SVR) follow-up, with a strong emphasis on quality improvement, data integrity, and performance outcomes. The Associate Director supervises managers and staff, supports strategic planning and grant-funded initiatives, monitors program budgets, and ensures compliance with telehealth, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
