The Animal Resource Coordinator is a key member of the Horse Unit team. The position works with the unit at Maine Chance Farm using in-depth knowledge of equine health, reproduction, nutrition and facilities to ensure the proper completion of research projects, undergraduate classes, extension events and animal care in compliance with university needs. About the Role: If you’re passionate about working with horses in a hands-on farm environment, this role blends leadership, animal care, and daily operations. You’ll lead and support a team, manage supplies and documentation, and use your expertise to ensure exceptional care for the horses while maintaining safe, well-kept facilities.
