This position with work closely with the University’s International Student and Scholar Services (ISSS). It will work collaboratively with the MCC Staff Support and Finance Teams to ensure all employees are paid correctly and communicate with faculty, staff & students when there are issues. This position will also coordinate and manage the postdoctoral process for MCC while collaborating with the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs in the Graduate School and other special projects as assigned.We are looking for someone who takes initiative to continuously develop knowledge base and skill level by participating in continuing education programs and who will contribute to the review of departmental workflows and help identify workflows for improvement.Essential skill sets needed to be successful in this position are: proficient written and oral communication, attention to detail, self-motivated, critical and creative thinking, organization, observation, time management, sensitive to cultural differences, and ability to build and maintain good relationships.This position has a hybrid work arrangement.
