This position will report directly to the Director of Faculty Affairs and will have frequent interaction with faculty, staff, and college leadership.Primary responsibilities include leading the planning, coordination, and execution of college-wide faculty development programs. The position will oversee event logistics, stakeholder communications, program promotion, and program evaluation. The role also manages faculty recognition and honors initiatives, including coordination of award nomination processes, selection workflows, and recognition events.
