Pay Rate: $20 | Schedule: 1st shift, 8am to 5pm
About the Role
We are seeking a detail? oriented Regulatory Associate to support regulatory and documentation activities for dietary supplements and nutritional products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with cGMP , FDA, USDA, and certification requirements through accurate documentation, supplier qualification, change management, and stability program support.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in regulated environments, enjoys managing detailed documentation, and values accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update ingredient, component, and finished goods specifications .
Manage Approved Supplier Lists (ASL) and supplier qualification documentation.
Administer change control, routing, and approval processes for controlled documents.
Oversee regulatory and qualification databases , ensuring correct version control.
Support regulatory audits and inspections (FDA, USDA, customer, certification).
Manage sample shipping processes and stability program coordination.
Pull monthly stability samples, submit to lab, and compile stability data.
Maintain Department SOP files and ensure all documents are up to date.
Support monthly KPI development and reporting .
Coordinate technical documentation with customers and certifying bodies.
Transfer and manage electronic documentation within Document Control systems.
Follow all cGMP-related SOPs and safety procedures .
Perform additional duties as assigned to support regulatory operations.
Qualifications
Basic knowledge of cGMP and dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic regulations.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team based environment .
Strong written documentation and record keeping skills.
Proficiency with:
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Adobe and internet-based tools
Electronic document management systems
Basic math skills and critical thinking abilities.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the facility.
Regular lifting up to 10 lbs. , frequent lifting up to 25 lbs. , and occasional lifting with assistance.
Ability to read documents and computer screens for extended periods.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
