We are looking for an individual with good verbal and written communication skills.  Someone that is able to listen to our homeless clients and help them determine the cause of their homelessness and to help them set goals that will lead to a more stable housing future. The Case Manager will help to determine if an individual is eligible for our program and also keep account of their plan and progress forward. This person will be responsible for private case management meetings and a group meeting with the clients. They will need to track progress of clients, do data entry for the purpose of following grant guidelines, and provide resource information to clients to aid them in a plan toward a better future. It will be a great asset if they are familiar with our community and local resources.  A formal degree is not required but a two year degree is prefered.
