We are seeking per diem nurses to overnights. Competitive differentials can bring your base rate up! Dress c asual and work in a small home environment to support our 12 clients in having full and complete lives.
DUTIES:
Serves as a resource for other direct service, dietary, and housekeeping staff.
Meets the nursing care needs of each individual as outlined in the nursing care plan.
Implements physician's orders, including administration of medication.
Completes all paperwork as required by applicable regulations, laws, Spurwink policy, and procedure.
Communicates nursing concerns and issues to the physician, DON, and other direct service staff.
Knows and implements all individual active treatment programs .
QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Maine RN or LPN, in good standing. All applicants must maintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record as outlined in Spurwink's Driving policy.
