Job Title: Project Manager - Equipment Integration and Automation

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Project Manager to lead and manage project-based work in the equipment integration and automation sector. This role involves overseeing projects from their inception through to execution, ensuring that all objectives related to scope, schedule, and budget are met. The successful candidate will act as the primary representative to customers and perform all duties onsite.

Responsibilities

• Manage core project management functions, including scope, schedule, and budget.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and company representative for customers.

• Lead and facilitate project meetings, including those involving customers.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams supporting integration and automation projects.

• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks.

• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within the agreed scope.

Essential Skills

• Experience with basic project management principles, including budgeting, scheduling, and scope management.

• Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills.

• Ability to lead meetings and manage multiple stakeholders.

• Experience supporting project-based work, ideally in an integration or automation environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams), Primavera, equipment integration, and automated equipment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience using Primavera P6 is preferred.

• • Experience as a Project Coordinator with readiness to step into a Project Manager role is desirable.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lewis Center, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $50.48/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
