About the Position: Serves as Division Chief of Receipts and Issues Division, Directorate of Depot Operations, Letterkenny Munitions Center (LEMC). Is responsible for all shipping and receiving operations within LEMC, exercising full supervisory responsibility through 5 subordinate supervisors and leaders over work operations. Supervises the accomplishment of receiving, storage, intra-depot movement, blocking/bracing, and issue of munitions in a depot/wholesale operation. Plans the annual work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinates. Assigns and explains work requirements to subordinate levels of supervision and sets deadlines and sequence of operations. Assures that subordinate supervisors effectively carry out policies to achieve management objectives in such areas as labor–management relations and equal employment opportunity goals in accordance with DA and local policies.
