What You'll Do
No two shifts are exactly alike. As a Crew Member, you'll be at the heart of what makes our restaurant run:
Create a warm, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through the door
Help guests order their favorite McDonald's meals
Prepare McDonald's world-famous food with care and consistency
Work alongside your teammates and managers to hit daily goals
Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and a place the community is proud of
What We're Looking For
No experience needed — we'll train you from day one. Just bring:
A friendly, positive attitude
A willingness to learn and grow
The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
We welcome applicants ages 15 and older. Scheduling for ages 15–17 will be based on experience, availability, and applicable minor labor laws.
Part-time and full-time shifts available — mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. We'll find something that fits your schedule.
