ManpowerGroup Product Quality Coordinator in Leonia, New Jersey

Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and quality assurance industry, is seeking a Product Quality Coordinator to join their team. As a Product Quality Coordinator, you will be part of the Quality Lab Services department supporting the quality assurance and compliance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Quality Coordinator

Location: Leonia, NJ

What's the Job?

  • Responsible for routine submission of samples to QC laboratories and maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide regular status updates to departments regarding sample submissions and testing progress.

  • Process incoming sample submissions, including raw materials, bulk, and special samples.

  • Perform electronic transactions to ensure continuous material release and manage documentation accurately.

  • Support facility during annual audits and assist in creating and maintaining quality reports and spreadsheets.

What's Needed?

  • Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office applications.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Basic mathematical, analytical, and technical skills.

  • Ability to read and understand chemistry, microbiology terminology, and documentation.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
