PROPÓSITO DEL PUESTO

Buscamos un Ingeniero/a Digital y Champion de Ciberseguridad en la Fábrica para proteger nuestros entornos de Tecnología Operativa (OT) y control industrial, mientras lidera una transformación digital segura. El rol combina ciberseguridad OT/ICS, digitalización industrial, adquisición de datos y creación de dashboards analíticos para mejorar la fiabilidad, resiliencia y rendimiento de la fábrica.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

• Instalar, configurar y mantener los controles de ciberseguridad en entornos OT.

• Garantizar el cumplimiento total de los Estándares de Seguridad de la Fábrica e implementar las soluciones de ciberseguridad definidas.

• Dar soporte en la respuesta ante incidentes de ciberseguridad.

• Administrar y asegurar servidores, switches, firewalls y sistemas de seguridad OT de la fábrica.

• Promover comportamientos seguros y contribuir al desarrollo de capacidades en ciberseguridad OT en toda la fábrica.

• Mantenerse al día sobre amenazas y vulnerabilidades específicas del entorno industrial.

• Colaborar con Producción, Mantenimiento, Calidad, Seguridad y proveedores externos en proyectos digitales y de automatización.

REQUISITOS

• Grado en Ingeniería de Control o Ingeniería Informática.

• Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en funciones similares en entornos industriales.

• Nivel alto de inglés (mínimo C1 o equivalente).

REQUISITOS DESEABLES

• Conocimientos en SQL, Python y data engineering en la nube (preferiblemente Azure).

• Experiencia creando dashboards en Power BI.

• Experiencia con sistemas de adquisición de datos (sensores, dispositivos IoT, APIs).

Competencias técnicas:

• Experiencia en instalación y gestión de controles de seguridad OT/ICS (firewalls, AV/AM, IDS/IPS, parches, control de accesos, logging, monitorización, gestión de activos).

• Capacidad para resolver incidencias de ciberseguridad en sistemas de control industrial y apoyar la respuesta a incidentes.

• Sólida comprensión de la topología de redes industriales y configuración segura de switches, routers y firewalls.

• Conocimiento de amenazas y vulnerabilidades en entornos de fabricación.

• Capacidad para crear y mantener diagramas de red y documentación OT.

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a Digital Engineer & Factory Cyber Security Champion to protect our Operational Technology (OT) and industrial control environments while leading secure digital transformation. The role combines OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial digitalization, data acquisition, and analytics dashboarding to enhance factory reliability, resilience, and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Install, configure and maintain OT cybersecurity controls

• Ensure full compliance with Factory Security Standards and deploy cybersecurity solutions as designed.

• Support cyber incident response

• Administer and secure factory servers, switches, firewalls, and OT security systems.

• Promote secure behaviors and help build OT cybersecurity capability across the factory.

• Maintain awareness of cyber threats and vulnerabilities specific to manufacturing.

• Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Security and external suppliers on digital and automation projects.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Control or Computer Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles in industrial environment.

• High level of English required (Min C1 or equivalent)

Desirable Qualifications

• Skilled in SQL, Python, and cloud data engineering (Azure preferred).

• Experience building Power BI dashboards.

• Experience with data acquisition systems (sensors, IoT devices, APIs).

Technical skills:

• Experience installing and managing OT/ICS security controls (firewalls, AV/AM, IDS/IPS, patching, access control, logging, monitoring, asset management).

• Ability to troubleshoot cyber issues in industrial control systems and support incident response.

• Strong understanding of industrial network topology and secure configuration of switches, routers, firewalls.

• Knowledge of cyber threats and vulnerabilities in manufacturing environments.

• Ability to create and maintain network diagrams and OT documentation.

• Strong communication, analytical thinking, problem-solving and continuous-learning mindset.
