Our client, a leading furniture manufacturing company, is seeking a Furniture Grinder to join their team. As a Furniture Grinder, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Finishing and Assembly Teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong work ethic, and reliability which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Furniture Grinder
Location: Lenoir, NC
Pay Range: Starting at $15.00/hour
What’s the Job?
Operate grinding and sanding equipment to finish furniture components
Smooth rough edges and surfaces on wood products
Inspect finished items to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain tools and ensure proper functioning of equipment
Follow safety procedures and production guidelines
What’s Needed?
Previous experience in woodworking or furniture manufacturing preferred
Ability to operate grinders, sanders, and hand tools
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
