What You’ll Be Doing:
Source, screen, and interview candidates across a variety of professional roles
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from intake to offer
Utilize job boards, networking, referrals, and social media to attract talent
Provide an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way
Requirements
1+ year of recruiting, staffing, HR, or sales experience (preferred)
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a deadline‑driven environment
High energy, positive attitude, and a team‑first mindset
Comfortable with ATS systems, LinkedIn, and job boards
