Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 CE / Sales Platform
fulltime | hiring location: Leipzig Area / Berlin Area | remote/ hybrid
Your mission is to elevate engineering excellence, drive CE platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 CE platform.
Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 CE platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth.
Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing.
Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
What we need to see from you
Strong experience leading engineers and technical consultants in Microsoft CRM/CE environments.
Solid understanding of enterprise CRM ecosystems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.
Experience designing and implementing sales processes using CE.
Familiarity with agile software development practices (SCRUM, Kanban).
Strong communication skills (English on C-Level), analytical mindset, and a structured, solution-oriented workstyle.
