We are seeking an assembler for electronic components and devices. This role will populate electronic assemblies and test them before further use. The role will be responsible for independent mechanical and electronic assembly and testing. He will create device certificates using PC-based systems and will also actively participate in improvement projects within the department. Requirement is that this role can be deployed flexible in all production areas (pre-assembly, assembly and rework, as well as repair).

This person needs to organize material provision independently and be involved in the logistics processes of goods receipt and shipping.

Responsibilities:

• Electronic Manufacturing

• Independent, error-free SMD assembly according to plan using hand soldering

• Assembly according to specification

• Technical evaluation of devices and systems for functionality

• Independent troubleshooting and resolution of minor device problems

• Mechanical Assembly

• Independent, error-free mechanical assembly of our systems

• Mechanical assembly according to specifications

• Technical evaluation of devices and systems for functionality

• Independent troubleshooting and resolution of minor system problems

• Logistics

• Incoming goods inspections

• Preparation for shipment

• Quality Management

• Independent testing of devices and systems according to the test plan

• Creation of test documentation and device certificates

• Independent approval of devices and systems

  Essential Skills:

• Completed vocational training in mechatronics or electronics

• Experience in assembling and wiring electronic circuits using SMD technology, experience in sensor technology and mechanics

• Good German skills required, english speaking

• Independent and structured work style, teamwork skills, quality awareness

• Excellent manual dexterity, technical understanding, accuracy (Ability to read drawings and assembly plans)
