About the role
Working from the Leicester office, there will be an initial induction programme to the business, followed by on-the-job product and processes training, where you will be required to take calls/emails from customers about anything and everything to do with their accounts. There is a key focus on resolving issues with a positive and timely outcome, ensuring a helpful and accurate service is being provided. You will be required to liaise internally with all departments to ensure end to end solutions
Key Responsibilities & Activities
• Providing exceptional customer care
• Responding to customer queries within response time/SLA
• Handling customer queries across different platforms
• Building relationships with customers and colleagues
• Processing of all customer requirements:
• Processing requests in a timely manner
• Proactively create new sales leads
• Collating accurate data for customers and internal reporting
• Ensure all historical correspondence and orders are filed correctly
• Working closely with all internal departments
• A ‘can do’, positive attitude and problem-solving mentality
• Acute attention to detail
• General administration and office duties
• Supporting Customer Care team during holiday and sickness absence
• Other Ad hoc duties
