Express Employment Professionals Excavating General Labor in Lehighton, Pennsylvania
Assist excavator and heavy equipment operators by carrying, loading, and staging materials
Perform hand-digging, trenching, and grading using shovels and other hand tools
Maintain clean and organized job sites, including debris removal and end-of-day cleanup
Follow directions from site supervisors and adapt to changing tasks throughout the day
Support utility installation, pipe laying, backfilling, and other excavation-related tasks as needed
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and job-site safety standards
Perform general labor duties as assigned; tasks and job sites may vary daily.
Ability to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
Experience in construction or excavation is helpful but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
