As a Recruiter,you will play a crucial,dual role in the recruitment process,serving both our external clients and Nexeo's internal strategic needs. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for client orders,internal Nexeo corporate roles,and strategic proactive positions. This role requires a highly strategic,proactive,and enthusiastic approach to identifying and onboarding skilled candidates with urgency. You will work closely with the HR,Payroll,and related departments to ensure accurate documentation and timely communication.

Responsibilities

Key Focus Areas

  • Internal Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Nexeo internal positions.
  • Proactive Sourcing: Strategically recruit and hire for high-turnover or market-scarce roles to build a strong talent pipeline,even when current staffing needs are met.
  • Client Recruitment: Fulfill external client orders with quality candidates and ensure a smooth transition to the job site.

Core Duties

  • Lead proactive talent acquisition strategies for critical Nexeo roles,including initiating job postings,screening,and preemptive hiring.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for Nexeo corporate positions (sourcing,screening,interviewing,and offer negotiation).
  • Compile and submit recruiting progress updates to the Human Resources department twice weekly (Wednesday and Friday) for inclusion in executive updates.
  • Process employee applications and ensure accurate completion of new hire paperwork (Application,I-9,W-4,Direct Deposit,ESC,and client proprietary documents).
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to run reports,identify candidates,update records,and complete onboarding.
  • Use recruiting tools such as job posting platforms,text-messaging software,and other sourcing tools.
  • Conduct pre-employment requirements including background checks,drug screens,reference checks,and certification verification.
  • Actively engage with candidate leads to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Leverage professional networks and relationships to source top candidates.
  • Create accurate,compliant job descriptions.
  • Review resumes and conduct pre-screening interviews; assist candidates with resume creation as needed.
  • Write candidate submittal summaries highlighting qualifications identified during interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers and provide interview coaching when needed.
  • Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms when necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • No experience required; previous experience in Customer Service,Sales,Administrative Assistant,and/or Recruiting is a plus.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills,including conflict resolution.
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and additional hours as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word,Excel,Outlook) with intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and upbeat attitude.
  • Interest in pursuing a career in the Human Resources industry is highly encouraged.

Pay  $18 per hour

Schedule  Full Time | Day Shift | Monday Friday,8:00 AM 5:00 PM
