ADOBE INC. Sr Product Operations Manager in LEHI, Utah

The Opportunity

The Sr Product Operations Manager sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer-facing teams, and technology. This role does not build customer products - instead, it drives the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of internal tools and operational systems that enable our customer-facing teams to operate effectively and meet leadership expectations.

This role translates business priorities into a clear vision for how internal tools and processes should evolve. They partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure development teams deliver scalable, high-impact operational solutions.

What you'll Do

  • Act as the primary liaison between business partners and development teams

  • Partner with customer-facing leaders to understand struggles, capacity constraints, and performance expectations

  • Ensure tooling solutions support efficient delivery workflows and drive reportable impacts

  • Own the development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), ensuring alignment between business objectives, functional requirements, and success criteria

  • Coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy for operational tool improvements and new system implementations

  • Collaborate with the Enablement team to drive effective rollout and adoption of tooling enhancements

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, or similar roles

  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams

  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured requirements

  • Proven track record of driving operational tooling or systems improvements

  • Skilled at navigating matrixed environments and building alignment across business and technical partners

  • Strategic problem solver with strong execution rigor

  • Experience with Workfront preferred, especially within complex, cross-functional environments
